Every Friday morning in school term time the Clay Hill singers meet in St Luke’s to enjoy singing songs from a variety of different eras together. Everyone is welcome, regardless of whether you sound like Katherine Jenkins or can’t hold a note. It starts at 10.30am, and finishes around 12noon, with a break for tea. Get a spring in your step, with a chair yoga class suitable for all abilities. The class is restorative in nature, and is particularly suitable for older people. We aim to lubricate the joints, ease and strengthen the muscles and focus on bringing you back into balance.
